Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.

Pre-orders

The Ohana Humidifier is currently on pre-order. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they were placed, as soon as stock arrives, and we'll email you with tracking the moment yours ships. If dispatch will take longer than 30 days from your order, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days depending on your country and city.

Shipping protection

You can add optional shipping protection in your cart. It covers parcels that are stolen or go missing after they are marked as delivered. See our refund policy for details.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by local customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
