This website is operated by Ohana Humidifier. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and pricing
We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Pre-orders
Some products, including the Ohana Humidifier, are sold on pre-order. When you place a pre-order:
- Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item.
- Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they were placed, as soon as stock arrives. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking.
- If we can't dispatch your order within 30 days of purchase, we'll email you with a new estimated date and you can choose to keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.
- You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Just contact us with your order number.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Use of the product
Use the product as described in the included instructions. Use clean water only unless the instructions say otherwise, and keep the device on a stable, flat surface away from the edge of furniture.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
